Journey Up! LLC (“Journey Up!”, “we”, “us”) operates this website, the Journey Up! membership app, and related programs, coaching offerings, and events. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

• Information you give us. Your name, email address, and any details you enter when you create an account, join our email list, apply for a program, book a session, or submit a form.
• Content you create in the app. Journal entries, reflections, goals, check-ins, and voice or photo entries. This content is private to your account unless you explicitly choose to share it.
• Purchase information. Orders are processed by Shopify. We receive the order details needed to grant your membership or program access. We never see or store your full payment card details.
• Usage information. Basic technical and analytics data such as device type, browser, pages viewed, and approximate location, used to keep the service working and to improve it.

• To create and maintain your account and give you the access you purchased.
• To deliver programs, coaching, events, and customer support.
• To send transactional messages such as receipts, access confirmations, and session reminders.
• To send newsletters and offers, where you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email.
• To keep the service secure, prevent abuse, and meet our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run Journey Up! and only to the extent they need it, including our hosting and database provider, Shopify for payments and order processing, Klaviyo for email delivery, and our scheduling and analytics tools. We may also disclose information where required by law.

Journal entries, reflections, and coaching notes are private by default. We use access controls so that other members cannot read your entries. You may choose to submit an entry for community sharing or spotlight consideration; that is always opt-in and you can withdraw it.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and understand how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not work without them.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and for as long as needed to meet legal, accounting, and reporting requirements. When you close your account we delete or anonymize your personal information, except where we must retain records.

You may request a copy of your personal information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and its contents. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA. To make a request, email info@journey-up.com.

Journey Up! is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will remove it.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify you by email or in the app.
