Journey Up! was not built from a position of having arrived. It was built from the middle of the work — from the seasons of unlearning, rebuilding, and learning how to trust myself again after years of living for everyone else's version of who I was supposed to be.
I spent more than two decades as a writer, coach, IT project manager, and thought leader — watching women navigate healing the same way I once did: alone, without a map, trying to apply generic advice to deeply specific pain. I knew there had to be a better way. Not a program. An ecosystem. A place where the work is structured, the community is real, and the transformation is not just possible — it is expected.
Journey Up! is my legacy. Everything inside it — the books, the app, the coaching, the community — is designed to do one thing: help you find your way back to yourself, and build something true from there.
