Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to the Journey Up! website, the Journey Up! membership app, and any programs, coaching, events, or digital products offered by Journey Up! LLC. By using the service or purchasing from us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for everything that happens under your account. Accounts are personal — please do not share your login or your paid access with anyone else. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

• Memberships are sold through our Shopify store and renew automatically on a monthly or annual basis until cancelled.
• You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues through the end of the period you have already paid for.
• Prices and included benefits may change. We will give notice before a change affects your renewal.

Coaching sessions, intensives, workshops, and retreats are subject to the schedule and terms described at the time of purchase, including any application or approval requirement. Please give reasonable notice if you need to reschedule a booked session; repeated missed sessions may be forfeited.

Digital products, downloads, and completed coaching sessions are generally non-refundable. If something has gone wrong with your purchase or access, contact info@journey-up.com and we will work with you in good faith.

All courses, lessons, meditations, affirmations, written material, artwork, and other content in Journey Up! are owned by Journey Up! LLC or its licensors. Your membership gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use that content for your own growth. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, record, or publicly share it, or use it to train an automated system, without our written permission.

You keep ownership of the journal entries, reflections, posts, and recordings you create. Your private entries stay private. If you choose to opt in to sharing an entry with the community or for a spotlight, you give us permission to display it in that context, named or anonymously as you select. You can withdraw that permission at any time.

Journey Up! is a supportive space. Do not harass, threaten, or demean other members, share other people’s private information, post unlawful or hateful material, or use the community to advertise. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Journey Up! offers personal growth, mindset, and coaching content. It is not therapy and is not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. It is not a substitute for care from a licensed professional. If you are in crisis, please contact a qualified provider or your local emergency services.

We work to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may add, change, or discontinue features, content, or programs over time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Journey Up! LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached, if required by law, or if we discontinue the service. We will refund any unused prepaid period where we end access without cause.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Journey Up! LLC is registered. We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page will change and continued use after an update means you accept it.
